The Lofts at Saco Falls consists of two connected buildings, built in 1842 and 1867, totaling 92,000 square feet and sitting directly adjacent to our 2010 project, The Mill at Saco Falls.
The Lofts offers 80 (mostly 1-bedroom) apartments, as well as a landscaped courtyard, fitness center, waterfront park next door, and a short walk to downtown Biddeford and Saco. It also includes the features typical of historic New England mill buildings: high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick and prominent timber framing.
